Lighted makeup case manufacturers

When sourcing lighted makeup cases, prioritize Adjustable Color Temperature (3000K-6500K) and a High Color Rendering Index (CRI ≥ 90) to ensure color accuracy for makeup application. The power system should support Dual-Voltage (110V-240V) for international travel, and the battery (if cordless) should be UL or CE certified Lithium-ion with at least 4-6 hours of continuous runtime. For the exterior, Fireproof ABS or High-Grade Aluminum Alloy frames provide the best durability-to-weight ratio.

Focus on the Hinge and Lock Mechanisms; professional-grade cases should use Zinc Alloy or Stainless Steel hardware rather than plastic. Request Load-Bearing Test Reports for the telescopic handle and wheels (if applicable), ensuring they can handle at least 15-20kg of weight. Additionally, check for Shatterproof Tempered Glass mirrors and Water-Resistant Interior Linings (like PU or easy-clean PVC) to protect against cosmetic spills.

For the US market, ensure the electronic components are FCC compliant and the power adapter is UL Listed. For the EU, CE Marking and RoHS certification (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) are mandatory. If the case includes a built-in power bank, it must comply with UN38.3 air transport safety standards. Always ask the supplier for Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for any integrated battery components.

Look for suppliers offering Customizable Internal Dividers (EVA or Acrylic) to accommodate different tool sizes. Advanced features like Bluetooth Speakers, USB Charging Ports, and Smart Touch Dimmers add significant market value. For branding, inquire about Laser-Engraved Logos on the aluminum frame or Silk-Screen Printing on the exterior shell, which typically requires an MOQ of 50-100 units.

Mirror breakage is the #1 risk for this product. Insist on ISTA 3A Standard Packaging, which includes Double-Wall Corrugated Cartons, Form-Fitted EPE Foam (at least 5cm thick), and Corner Protectors. It is highly recommended to conduct a Drop Test at the factory before shipment and include Fragile Labels in multiple languages.

Start by requesting a Sample Order to verify the 'Gold Sample' quality. When negotiating bulk prices, use Tiered Pricing (e.g., 100, 500, 1000 units) and ask for Spare Parts (1-2% extra bulbs or latches) to be included at no cost. For long-term cooperation, negotiate Payment Terms such as 30% deposit and 70% balance after Third-Party Inspection (e.g., SGS or Intertek) but before shipment.

Lighted makeup cases with batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (Section II of PI967) for air freight. To save costs, consider Sea Freight or Rail Transport if the lead time allows, as air shipping surcharges for batteries can be high. Ensure the supplier provides a Battery Test Summary to avoid customs delays or seizures.

Always use the Secured Trading Service on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Never transfer funds to a personal bank account; ensure the Beneficiary Name matches the Company Name on the business license. Verify the supplier's Audit Report on the platform to confirm their factory's production capacity and legal status.
