Micro sd card price manufacturers

When sourcing Micro SD cards, you must prioritize Speed Class (Class 10, U1, U3) and Video Speed Class (V30, V60, V90) to ensure compatibility with the buyer's intended use, such as 4K video recording or industrial data logging. It is critical to request H2testw or CrystalDiskMark reports from the supplier to verify that the actual capacity matches the labeled capacity, as 'fake capacity' cards are a common risk in low-price tiers. Additionally, confirm the type of NAND flash used; MLC (Multi-Level Cell) is preferred for industrial durability, while TLC (Triple-Level Cell) is standard for consumer-grade cost-efficiency.

To ensure smooth customs clearance and market legality, products must carry CE (Europe), FCC (USA), and RoHS (Environmental) certifications. If you are selling in the US, California Proposition 65 compliance may be necessary. Furthermore, ensure the supplier is a member of or licensed by the SD Association (SDA); purchasing from non-licensed factories can lead to intellectual property (IP) infringement issues and potential seizures by customs.

For High-Endurance scenarios like dashcams or security surveillance, you must specify 'High Endurance' cards designed for continuous overwrite cycles. For Mobile App execution (A1 or A2 rating), the card must support high IOPS (Input/Output Operations Per Second). If the cards are for rugged environments, verify waterproof (IPX7), shockproof, and X-ray proof capabilities to ensure data integrity during transport and use.

The price of NAND flash fluctuates daily. To lock in a Micro SD card price, it is advisable to sign a short-term price protection agreement or use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure funds are only released upon quality verification. Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek to perform random capacity and speed tests on the actual production lot before the final payment.

Focus negotiations on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for orders exceeding 5,000 units, you can typically negotiate a 3-5% discount or request customized OEM packaging at no extra cost. Inquire about the 'Grade A' chip guarantee—reputable suppliers will provide a written guarantee that they do not use 'downgraded' or 'refurbished' chips. For long-term partnerships, negotiate Net-30 payment terms after the third successful transaction to improve your cash flow.

Micro SD cards are small but high-value, making them targets for theft. Ensure the supplier uses Anti-Static Packaging (ESD) and neutral outer cartons without 'Memory Card' labels to reduce the risk of pilferage. For shipping to the US or Europe, Air Freight with door-to-door (DDP) terms is recommended for small batches to simplify tax handling, while Sea Freight is only economical for massive bulk orders of peripheral accessories.
