Mp4 player with digital camera price manufacturers

When sourcing these hybrid devices, prioritize sensor resolution (interpolated vs. real pixels) and video compression formats like H.264 or MPEG-4. Ensure the device supports a high-capacity Lithium-polymer battery (at least 800mAh to 1500mAh) to handle both media playback and camera usage. Additionally, verify the display panel type; an IPS screen is preferred over TFT for better viewing angles when reviewing captured photos.

Most MP4 players come with internal flash memory (typically 8GB to 32GB). However, for camera-equipped models, TF/MicroSD card expansion is critical. Ensure the firmware supports SDHC/SDXC cards up to 128GB with a Class 10 U3 rating to prevent lag during video recording. Check if the device supports OTG (On-The-Go) functions, allowing users to transfer files directly to mobile phones or external drives.

For the US market, FCC certification is mandatory for electromagnetic interference, and UL or ETL certification is recommended for battery safety. For the EU, the device must carry the CE mark, comply with the RoHS Directive (restriction of hazardous substances), and meet WEEE requirements for electronic waste. If the device features Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, RED (Radio Equipment Directive) compliance is essential.

Look for lossless audio support (FLAC, APE, WAV) and 1080P Full HD video playback without the need for conversion. For the camera aspect, features like digital zoom, multi-scene modes, and webcam functionality (via USB) add significant value. High-end models should also include Bluetooth 5.0 for stable connection to wireless headphones.

Request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) and specifically ask the inspector to run a H2testw tool on random samples to verify actual storage capacity. To validate battery claims, require a UN38.3 test report and an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Using Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service can also protect your funds until the quality is verified.

Focus on the BOM (Bill of Materials) transparency. Ask for the specific brand of the main chipset (e.g., Rockchip, Actions, or Sigmatel) and the flash memory provider (e.g., Samsung, Hynix). Suppliers are more likely to offer a 3-5% discount if you commit to a forecasted annual volume rather than a one-off spot order. Always negotiate for 1-2% spare units to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.

Electronics with integrated batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3481). Ensure the supplier uses PI967 packaging standards (batteries contained in equipment). For international shipping, Air Freight is faster but stricter; ensure the outer cartons have the Lithium Battery Handling Label. For cost-saving on large volumes, Sea Freight (LCL) is viable, but ensure the supplier uses anti-static packaging and moisture-proof desiccant bags.

Ensure the MP4 player's UI (User Interface) and industrial design do not infringe on major brands like Apple or Sony. Request the supplier to provide an Authorization Letter if the device uses patented technologies like aptX or Dolby. When sourcing via Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone third-party verification of their manufacturing premises and legal status.
