Original human hair wigs manufacturers

To ensure product authenticity, perform a Burn Test: human hair turns to ash and smells like burning protein, while synthetic fibers melt into a hard bead. Additionally, check for cuticle alignment; high-quality Remy hair maintains unidirectional cuticles, which prevents tangling and ensures a natural sheen and longevity of 12-24 months.

Focus on Hair Density (standard is 150%, but 180%-250% is preferred for luxury markets) and Lace Type. HD Lace or Swiss Lace are the industry standards for 'melted' hairlines. Ensure the cap construction includes adjustable straps and combs, and verify that the bleached knots are processed carefully to avoid shedding while maintaining a natural scalp appearance.

Suppliers should provide Fumigation Certificates to ensure the hair is free from parasites and pathogens. For the US and EU markets, ensure the dyes and processing chemicals used comply with REACH or California Proposition 65 to avoid skin irritation. Look for manufacturers with ISO 9001 certification to guarantee consistent batch quality.

Brazilian and Indian hair are highly sought after for their versatility and thickness, often commanding a premium price. Vietnamese and Chinese hair are known for being straight and extremely durable, offering a better cost-to-performance ratio for bulk orders. Choosing the right origin depends on your target demographic's texture preference and price sensitivity.

The primary risk is 'Weight Fraud', where suppliers include shorter hair strands in a bundle to meet weight requirements while sacrificing fullness at the ends. Always specify the 'Double Drawn' ratio to ensure thickness from root to tip. Another risk is chemical over-processing, which makes hair look good initially but leads to matting after the first wash.

Request a sample order first to verify the 'Grade' (e.g., 10A or 12A, though these are marketing terms, they set a quality baseline). Negotiate based on Tiered Pricing; for example, a 15-20% discount is standard for orders exceeding 50-100 pieces. Ask for OEM packaging services to be included in the unit price for orders over a certain volume to build your own brand identity.

Use Secured Payment services provided by the platform to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For shipping, DHL and FedEx are preferred for hair products due to their speed (3-5 days), which is critical for high-value, low-volume items. Ensure the supplier declares the correct HS Code (6704.20) to avoid customs delays and ensure accurate duty calculations.
