Pe glove machine manufacturers

When evaluating a PE glove machine, you must prioritize production speed (typically 150-250 pcs/min) and stability. Ensure the machine features a high-quality frequency converter and a stepper or servo motor control system for precise feeding. The sealing and cutting mold should be made of high-strength alloy to ensure clean edges and long-term durability. Additionally, check if the machine supports automatic scrap removal, which significantly reduces labor costs and improves efficiency.

For the machinery itself, a CE Certification is mandatory for the European market, ensuring it meets safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. If you are exporting the finished gloves to the US, the machine should be capable of producing gloves that meet FDA standards. Furthermore, look for suppliers with ISO 9001:2015 certification, which guarantees a consistent quality management system during the manufacturing process of the equipment.

A professional PE glove machine should offer mold interchangeability, allowing you to switch between S, M, L, and XL sizes by changing the heat-sealing copper molds. Regarding materials, verify that the machine is compatible with HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), and TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer). The temperature control system must be highly sensitive (ideally with a PID controller) to adjust to the different melting points of these materials without burning the film.

The machine requires a stable power supply (usually 220V or 380V) and a clean, dry environment to prevent electronic component failure. Regular lubrication of the transmission chains and gears is essential. You should also ensure the static electricity eliminator is functioning correctly, as PE film is highly prone to static, which can cause feeding jams. Most high-end machines now feature PLC touch screens for easier troubleshooting and maintenance alerts.

Prioritize suppliers with the 'Audited Supplier' badge on Made-in-China.com, as these companies have undergone on-site verification by third-party agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Review their Audit Reports to check their production capacity and factory size. It is highly recommended to request a live video factory tour or a video of the specific machine you are purchasing running a test production cycle before final payment.

The primary risk is physical damage or corrosion during sea freight. Insist that the supplier uses vacuum packaging and anti-rust oil for the core components, followed by a strong wooden crate (fumigated). Ensure the contract specifies FOB or CIF terms clearly, and always purchase marine cargo insurance to cover potential losses during transit. For large equipment, verify the loading plan to ensure the machine is properly bolted inside the container.

When negotiating, focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including spare parts and after-sales service, rather than just the unit price. Ask for a 'Wear-and-Tear Parts Package' (e.g., extra heaters, thermocouples, and cutting blades) to be included in the deal. For payment, use Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure your funds are only released after you confirm the shipment. Avoid direct transfers to private bank accounts.

Since on-site installation can be expensive, confirm if the supplier provides detailed installation videos, English manuals, and remote technical support via video call. Ask if they have local service partners in your region. Ensure the contract includes a 12-month warranty on major components (PLC, Motor, Inverter) and clarify who bears the shipping cost for replacement parts during the warranty period.
