Peanut dryer machine price manufacturers

When sourcing a peanut dryer, you must prioritize heating source compatibility (electricity, gas, steam, or biomass) and drying capacity (measured in kg/h). Look for machines featuring SUS304 stainless steel for food-contact surfaces to ensure hygiene. Key performance indicators include temperature control precision (±1°C) and moisture uniformity, ensuring the final product reaches the industry standard of 8.5% to 10% moisture content without shell cracking.

For B2B operations, Continuous Belt Dryers are preferred for high-volume efficiency, while Heat Pump Drying Technology is the gold standard for energy saving, potentially reducing electricity consumption by 60-70%. Ensure the machine utilizes recirculating hot air systems to maximize thermal efficiency and reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

To ensure safety and market entry, verify that the supplier holds CE Certification for machinery safety and ISO 9001 for quality management. For the US market, UL or ETL listed components are critical, while European markets require adherence to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Additionally, ensure the equipment meets Food Grade Standards (FDA or EC 1935/2004) for all internal components.

The design must include adjustable airflow speed and multi-stage temperature zones. Peanuts are sensitive to high heat; therefore, a low-temperature drying process (40°C - 60°C) is essential to prevent the oxidation of peanut oils and maintain the nutritional profile and flavor. Check for automatic cooling sections at the end of the dryer to prevent condensation during packaging.

Always conduct a factory audit or hire a third-party inspection firm (like SGS or Intertek) to verify the supplier's production capacity. Use Secure Payment Services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Request a Video Factory Tour and live testing of the specific unit you are purchasing before final balance payment.

Do not negotiate on the unit price alone; instead, negotiate the spare parts package (e.g., extra belts, sensors, and heating elements). Ask for a volume discount if purchasing a complete processing line. For long-term partnerships, negotiate for an extended warranty period (24 months instead of 12) and the inclusion of on-site installation guidance or comprehensive video training.

Industrial dryers are bulky and prone to damage. Insist on Seaworthy Export Packaging, typically involving vacuum plastic wrapping and reinforced wooden crates (fumigated). Clarify the Incoterms clearly; CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) is often easier for new buyers, but FOB (Free On Board) allows you better control over shipping costs and customs clearance through your own forwarder.

This is a critical failure point in cross-border sourcing. You must specify your local voltage (e.g., 110V, 220V, 380V, 440V) and frequency (50Hz or 60Hz), as well as phase requirements (Single-phase vs. Three-phase). Ensure the supplier provides a wiring diagram in English and uses international brand electrical components (like Schneider or Siemens) for easier local maintenance.
