Pvc rexine price manufacturers

When sourcing PVC Rexine, you must focus on thickness (typically 0.5mm to 2.0mm) and backing fabric type (such as knitted, woven, or non-woven), as these determine durability. Ensure the material meets abrasion resistance standards (Martindale test >30,000 rubs) for high-traffic use. Additionally, verify the peeling strength to ensure the PVC layer does not separate from the base fabric under stress.

For global trade, compliance is non-negotiable. You should require suppliers to provide REACH or RoHS certifications to ensure the absence of harmful phthalates and heavy metals. If exporting to the US, confirm the material meets California Proposition 65 requirements. For automotive or upholstery use, verify flame retardancy standards such as BS5852 or FMVSS 302.

The price is primarily driven by raw material costs (PVC resin and plasticizers), total weight per square meter (GSM), and order volume. Customizations like UV resistance, anti-fungal treatments, or bespoke grain embossing will increase the unit cost. To optimize expenditure, aim for Full Container Load (FCL) orders to reduce the per-unit logistics impact.

Lightweight Rexine (0.5-0.8mm) is ideal for stationery and small leather goods. Medium-weight (0.9-1.2mm) is the standard for furniture upholstery and car seat covers. Heavy-duty Rexine (>1.2mm) with reinforced backing is best suited for marine environments, gym equipment, and public transportation seating due to its superior tensile strength.

Always request a pre-production sample and a 'golden sample' for sealed reference. Utilize third-party inspection services (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a During Production Check (DUPRO) to verify color consistency (Delta E < 1.0) and thickness uniformity across different rolls before the final payment.

Focus on long-term partnership potential rather than just the initial price. Ask for tiered pricing based on annual volume rather than a single order. Professional buyers should also negotiate payment terms, such as a 30% deposit and 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L), to maintain cash flow and leverage.

PVC Rexine is susceptible to pressure marks and heat deformation. Ensure the supplier uses hard cardboard tubes for the core and wraps rolls in double-layered plastic film or woven bags. Specify that rolls must be stored horizontally and never stacked too high in the container to prevent permanent creasing of the material.

Use secure payment methods and prioritize suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone audited supplier verification. Ensure all technical specifications, including color codes (Pantone), grain patterns, and hand-feel requirements, are explicitly documented in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract to provide legal recourse in case of disputes.
