You must ensure the products are made from 100% medical-grade silicone or BPA-free ABS plastic. Medical-grade silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and resistant to bacteria growth, which is critical for intimate health. Always request FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or LFGB (German Food Grade) certification reports to verify that the materials do not contain harmful phthalates or heavy metals.

Focus on IPX7 waterproofing ratings, which allow the device to be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, ensuring safety and ease of cleaning. Additionally, look for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries with a capacity of at least 500mAh to provide a continuous run-time of 60-90 minutes, and ensure the motor noise level stays below 50 decibels for user privacy.

For the US market, FCC certification is required for electronic components, while the CE mark and RoHS compliance are mandatory for the European Union to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and the absence of hazardous substances. If the product includes a wireless remote, it must also comply with Telecommunication Equipment regulations specific to the destination country.

Prioritize suppliers who are 'Audited Suppliers' on Made-in-China.com, as they have undergone third-party verification by firms like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Negotiate for OEM branding (logo printing) to be included in the unit price for orders exceeding 500 units. On Made-in-China.com, use the Secured Trading Service to ensure your payment is only released after you confirm receipt of goods.

Request discreet, double-walled corrugated cardboard packaging with no suggestive imagery or text on the outer box to prevent theft and ensure privacy. Inside, use custom-fit EVA foam inserts to protect electronic components from vibration and impact during long-haul sea or air freight.

Implement a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). Hire a third-party inspector to perform a Random Sampling (AQL 2.5/4.0 standard) to check for cosmetic defects, battery charging functionality, and waterproof integrity. Never settle for 100% upfront payment; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance after inspection is the safest industry practice.
