Silicone sex vibrator manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize Medical-Grade Silicone or Food-Grade Silicone that is 100% phthalate-free and non-porous. Ensure the material has passed biocompatibility testing (such as ISO 10993) to prevent skin irritation. The surface should have a soft-touch skin-like coating that is resistant to lint and dust.

For the US market, products must be FDA registered and comply with California Prop 65. For the EU, CE (LVD and EMC) and RoHS certifications are mandatory to ensure electronic safety and the absence of hazardous substances. Additionally, look for WEEE compliance for electronic waste disposal.

Look for tungsten steel motors which provide stronger vibrations with lower noise levels (ideally under 50dB). Batteries should be rechargeable Lithium-ion with UN38.3 and MSDS certifications for safe transport. A high-quality vibrator should offer at least 60-90 minutes of continuous use on a single charge.

Suppliers should provide an IPX rating. IPX7 is the industry standard for high-end products, meaning the device can be submerged in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This is crucial for both usage scenarios and ease of cleaning/hygiene.

Vibrators contain lithium batteries, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (Class 9). You must ensure the supplier provides a Battery Test Summary and uses DG-certified logistics channels. Failure to declare batteries correctly can lead to customs seizures or heavy fines at the port of entry.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Utilize Audit Reports and Full-scale Factory Inspections to verify the supplier's production capacity and quality control systems before releasing the final 70% payment.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 3926.90) is declared accurately. Avoid explicit imagery on outer packaging to prevent 'public morality' seizures in conservative regions. Request discreet packaging where the shipping label describes the contents as 'Personal Massager' or 'Silicone Crafts'.

In the adult toy industry, a defective rate of less than 1% is standard. Negotiate a 1-year replacement warranty rather than a repair warranty, as these items are personal and cannot be returned for repair. Request that the supplier includes 1-2% extra units (buffer stock) in the bulk shipment to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) units.
