Single restaurant wet wipes manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize Spunlace Non-woven fabric due to its superior strength and soft texture. For a premium feel, a weight of 40-60 GSM is recommended. Ensure the material is lint-free to avoid leaving fibers on customers' hands or faces. Additionally, consider biodegradable options like bamboo or wood pulp fibers to align with global plastic-reduction trends.

The solution must be alcohol-free and paraben-free to prevent skin irritation. It is critical to verify that the formula is food-grade or skin-safe, containing moisturizing agents like Aloe Vera or Vitamin E. For international trade, ensure the product complies with FDA (US), CE (EU), or GMPC standards, and request a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to confirm chemical safety.

Single-pack wipes must use aluminum foil-lined film or high-barrier plastic to prevent liquid evaporation, ensuring a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. For branding, CMYK offset printing or silk-screen printing allows for high-resolution logos. Ensure the easy-tear notch is functional to provide a seamless user experience for restaurant patrons.

For general dining, a scented (lemon or mint) or unscented refreshing wipe is standard. For seafood or hotpot restaurants, look for degreasing formulas that effectively break down oils. If the wipes are intended for sanitization, they must contain Benzalkonium Chloride or other non-alcoholic antibacterial agents that meet local health department regulations.

The biggest risk is liquid leakage during transit due to poor sealing, which can ruin entire cartons. Another risk is microbial contamination if the factory lacks a 100,000-grade cleanroom. Always request a COA (Certificate of Analysis) for every batch to ensure the wipes are free from harmful bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus.

When sourcing on Made-in-China.com, clarify the Plate Making Fee for custom logos upfront, as this is a one-time cost. Negotiate a tiered pricing structure where the unit price drops significantly at 50,000 or 100,000 units. Request a pre-production sample with your specific logo and scent to avoid mass-production errors.

Wet wipes are classified as liquid-containing goods, which may require specific shipping routes. Ensure the supplier provides a Non-Dangerous Goods Declaration and an Identification and Classification Report for Air/Sea Transport of Goods. For shipping to the US or Europe, confirm the HS Code (typically 3401.11 or 3304.99) to calculate accurate import duties.

Utilize Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until goods are received. Hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Final Random Inspection (FRI), focusing on seal integrity, liquid content weight, and count accuracy before the balance payment is made.
