Thailand jersey manufacturers

When sourcing Thailand Jerseys, prioritize 100% high-grade polyester with moisture-wicking technology (often referred to as 'Dry-Fit' or 'Climalite' equivalents). For 'Player Version' jerseys, ensure the use of heat-pressed silicone crests and laser-cut ventilation holes for breathability. For 'Fan Version' jerseys, look for high-density embroidered logos and double-stitched hems to ensure durability during regular wear and washing.

Request suppliers to provide colorfastness test reports (Grade 4 or higher) to ensure colors do not bleed. Verify the fabric weight, typically ranging from 140gsm to 160gsm for an optimal balance of lightness and opacity. Additionally, ensure the products meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100 to guarantee the absence of harmful substances in the dyes and synthetic fibers.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer Full Sublimation Printing, which allows for vibrant, fade-resistant designs integrated into the fabric. You should also inquire about custom neck labels, branded hangtags, and individual polybag packaging with your company logo to enhance brand identity for retail purposes.

Thailand-made or 'Thai Quality' jerseys often follow Asian sizing, which is typically one to two sizes smaller than US/EU standards. It is critical to request a detailed size chart in centimeters and confirm if the supplier can produce European sizing (S-XXL) to avoid high return rates from Western customers.

This is the most critical risk in the jersey industry. Avoid purchasing jerseys with protected club or national team logos unless you have a verified licensing agreement. For B2B sourcing, focus on 'unbranded' or 'blank' athletic wear, or create your own custom designs to ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid legal complications.

Negotiate based on Total Volume rather than single SKUs. Since jerseys are lightweight, shipping costs per unit drop significantly with larger orders. Ask for tiered pricing (e.g., 100, 500, 1000 units) and request a pre-production sample to be sent via express courier before the bulk run to lock in quality benchmarks.

Always use secure payment channels provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Utilize Trade Assurance or similar escrow services that hold funds until you confirm the shipment. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; ensure the beneficiary name matches the company name on the business license.

For orders under 100kg, Air Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is fastest (3-7 days) but expensive. For larger commercial orders, Air Freight to your nearest airport or LCL (Less than Container Load) Sea Freight is much more economical. Ensure the supplier provides a Commercial Invoice and Packing List with the correct HS Code (611030) to facilitate customs entry.
