Video brochure for lcd manufacturers

When sourcing video brochures, the LCD screen resolution and panel type (IPS vs. TN) are critical; IPS panels offer superior viewing angles and color accuracy. You must also specify the internal memory capacity (ranging from 128MB to 16GB) based on the video file size and the battery capacity (mAh) to ensure the brochure can play for the required duration, typically 90 minutes to 2 hours for standard marketing kits.

The outer shell should use 300g to 350g art paper or hardcover cardboard for a premium feel. Request CMYK offset printing with a matte or glossy lamination to prevent fingerprinting and scratches. For high-end brands, consider spot UV, foil stamping, or embossing to enhance the tactile experience and brand perception.

The most common trigger is a magnetic induction switch that starts the video automatically upon opening. You can also request physical buttons for volume control, play/pause, and video switching. For advanced interactive needs, touchscreens are available, though they require higher power consumption and a larger budget.

Since these products contain lithium batteries and circuit boards, they must comply with CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. For the North American market, ensure the batteries have UN38.3 and MSDS reports to facilitate smooth customs clearance and air transport safety.

Always insist on protective EPE foam packaging for each unit and use double-walled corrugated export cartons. To manage battery risks, work with suppliers on Made-in-China.com who provide pre-shipment inspections to verify that batteries are charged to the safe transport level (30%) and that screens are free of dead pixels.

Focus on tiered pricing based on memory size and screen dimensions, as these are the most volatile cost components. Request a pre-production sample (PPS) with your actual artwork and video uploaded to verify the software-hardware compatibility. Negotiate for a 1% spare parts allowance or a 12-month replacement warranty for electronic defects.

Utilize the secured payment systems provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of delivery. Verify the supplier's Business License and Audit Reports to ensure they are a direct manufacturer rather than a small trading company, which ensures better technical support and customization flexibility.

Most suppliers offer free content uploading if files are provided via cloud links (e.g., WeTransfer). For shipping, Air Freight or Express (DHL/FedEx) is recommended due to the high value and sensitivity of the electronics. Ensure the HS Code 852190 is used correctly for customs declaration to avoid delays related to incorrect product classification.
