Wall decorative flower manufacturers

When sourcing for B2B applications, prioritize Silk (Polyester) for a realistic look and durability, or PU (Polyurethane) for a 'real-touch' feel. For outdoor use, ensure the materials are UV-resistant to prevent fading. If the flowers are for high-traffic public areas, they must be treated with Flame Retardant (FR) coatings to meet local fire safety building codes.

Focus on the density of the flower heads; high-quality panels should have no visible gaps showing the backing grid. Check the attachment method—flowers should be hot-melted or securely clipped to a flexible plastic mesh backing rather than just glued. Request a sample to verify color consistency across batches, as dye lots can vary significantly in mass production.

Standard panels are usually 40x60cm or 60x60cm. Ensure the backing features interlocking connectors (snap-locks) for seamless assembly. For large-scale projects, calculate the total weight per square meter to ensure the wall structure can support the load. Ask for compression recovery tests to see if the flowers regain their shape quickly after being packed tightly for shipping.

Ensure the products comply with REACH or RoHS standards to guarantee they are free from harmful heavy metals and toxic dyes. For the US market, check for ASTM D2859 (flammability of finished textile floor covering materials) if used in specific decorative contexts. Always request a Certificate of Origin to facilitate customs clearance and potential tariff benefits.

Artificial flowers are prone to crushing. Negotiate for reinforced 5-layer corrugated outer cartons and internal support structures. Use vacuum packaging only if the supplier guarantees the material has 'shape memory.' It is advisable to use Made-in-China.com's inspection services to verify packing methods before the balance payment is made.

Focus on Volume-Based Pricing; discounts of 10-20% are common when moving from LCL (Less than Container Load) to a Full 20GP Container. Instead of just pushing for the lowest price, negotiate for extra replacement flower heads (1-2% overage) to be included for free to cover any damages during installation or transit.

Always utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is held in escrow until shipping documents are verified. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Verify if the supplier is an Audited Supplier, which indicates their business license and production capabilities have been verified by third-party agencies like SGS or Intertek.

Due to the high volume-to-weight ratio (large but light), Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical. For urgent event-based needs, Air Freight is possible but expensive due to 'dim weight' charges. Ensure your forwarder provides DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you want to avoid the complexity of handling import taxes and local trucking yourself.
