Wholesale 150 inch tv manufacturers

For a screen of this magnitude, 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution is the absolute minimum, though 8K is preferred to maintain pixel density. You must verify the backlight technology; for wholesale, Mini-LED or Micro-LED are superior for brightness and contrast compared to standard LED. Additionally, ensure a refresh rate of at least 120Hz to prevent motion blur on such a large surface area, and confirm HDR10+ or Dolby Vision compatibility for high-end commercial or home cinema applications.

A 150-inch TV is exceptionally heavy and requires reinforced VESA mounting brackets or specialized floor stands. You must confirm the net weight with the supplier to ensure the buyer's wall infrastructure can support it. Furthermore, check if the unit is a single panel or a modular video wall design; modular units are often easier to transport and install in spaces with restricted access like elevators or narrow hallways.

To ensure legal entry and consumer safety, the products must carry CE (Europe), FCC (USA), or CCC (China) certifications. For the North American market, UL or ETL listing is highly recommended for insurance purposes. Additionally, ensure the power supply is universal (110V-240V) and that the product complies with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) to meet environmental regulations.

The TV should feature at least HDMI 2.1 ports to support high-bandwidth 4K/120Hz signals. For commercial use, look for RS232 or LAN ports for centralized control systems. If intended for hospitality or retail, verify if the Android OS or specialized Digital Signage software allows for remote content management and 'Hotel Mode' to lock settings.

Large screens are highly fragile. You must mandate honeycomb cardboard packaging with internal high-density foam and, most importantly, a reinforced wooden crate (fumigated) for sea freight. Request the supplier to include 'Tip-N-Tell' or impact sensors on the packaging to monitor handling. Always use CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms or purchase independent marine insurance that covers 'all risks' including glass breakage.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for spare parts (1-2% buffer) such as power boards or remote controls to be included in the bulk price. Ask for a tiered pricing structure where the price drops significantly at 5, 10, or 20 units. For first-time large-format orders, insist on a video factory audit or a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify the 'Dead Pixel' policy (aim for ISO 13406-2 Class I).

Utilize Secured Trading services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure payments are only released after shipping documents are verified. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. For large wholesale amounts, consider a Letter of Credit (L/C) for maximum protection, or a 30% deposit / 70% balance payment after receiving a third-party quality inspection report.

Due to the oversized dimensions (exceeding 3.5 meters in width), these units often cannot fit in standard air cargo containers and must be shipped via Sea Freight (LCL or FCL). Ensure the supplier provides the HS Code (typically 852872) to calculate accurate import duties. For the US market, be aware of Section 301 tariffs on Chinese electronics; for the EU, ensure WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) registration is handled to avoid customs delays.
