Wholesale bulk dildos manufacturers

Safety is paramount. You must ensure products are made from medical-grade silicone, TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), or borosilicate glass. Avoid materials containing phthalates, lead, or heavy metals, as these are strictly regulated in most markets. Request FDA (U.S.) or REACH (EU) compliance certificates to verify that the materials are non-porous and body-safe.

For electronic models, look for an IPX7 rating, which guarantees the product can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Regarding motors, prioritize brushless motors for lower noise levels (ideally below 50dB) and longer lifespans. Ask the supplier for CE and RoHS certifications to ensure electrical safety and environmental compliance.

Focus on ergonomic design, suction cup stability, and multi-speed vibration patterns. For bulk orders, ensure the surface finish is seamless to prevent bacterial growth. If purchasing dual-density models, verify the shore hardness (durometer) to ensure the 'soft skin, firm core' feel meets your brand's quality benchmarks.

Yes, most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer private labeling, custom color matching (Pantone), and bespoke mold creation. Typically, the MOQ for custom colors is 500-1,000 units, while custom molds may require a higher initial investment but offer significant market differentiation.

To ensure smooth customs clearance and consumer privacy, request neutral, unbranded outer cartons with no mention of the contents. Use generic descriptions like 'Silicone Crafts' or 'Massagers' on the Bill of Lading. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10) is correctly applied to avoid misclassification and potential seizures.

The primary risks include material substitution (using industrial-grade instead of medical-grade) and intellectual property infringement. To mitigate this, always order samples for lab testing and use Trade Messenger on Made-in-China.com to document all technical specifications. Ensure the supplier is not infringing on patented designs from major global brands.

Negotiate based on annual volume forecasts rather than single orders to secure a 10-20% discount. Request staggered payment terms (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% after third-party inspection) to maintain leverage. For long-term partnerships, ask for free spare parts (1-2% defect allowance) to cover potential after-sales returns.

For large bulk orders, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) is the most cost-effective, though it requires longer lead times. For high-value electronic items, Air Freight is safer to prevent battery degradation in humid containers. Ensure your supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a UN38.3 report if the products contain lithium batteries.
