Wholesale clear perfume bottle manufacturers

When sourcing clear perfume bottles, prioritize High White Glass (Super Flint Glass). This material offers the highest level of transparency and refractive index, ensuring the perfume's color is displayed accurately without a green or yellow tint. For luxury brands, ensure the glass is lead-free and corrosion-resistant to prevent chemical reactions with fragrance oils.

The pump is the most critical functional component. You must verify the dosage (typically 0.05ml to 0.2ml per spray) and ensure a fine mist output. Request leakage tests (vacuum tests) to confirm the seal between the bottle neck and the pump. For caps, check for a 'click' fit or magnetic closure to enhance the premium feel and prevent evaporation.

To differentiate your product, consider technologies such as silk-screen printing, hot stamping (gold/silver), frosting, and electroplating. For clear bottles, inner-bottle coating or bottom color spraying can create a high-end aesthetic while maintaining transparency. Ensure the supplier uses UV-resistant inks to prevent fading over time.

Ensure the bottles meet FDA or EC 1935/2004 standards for glass containers. If shipping to the US, verify compliance with California Proposition 65 regarding lead and cadmium content. It is essential to request SGS or TUV inspection reports for both the glass body and the plastic/metal components of the sprayer.

Glass is fragile, so you must mandate export-standard five-layer corrugated boxes with individual cell dividers (egg-crate packaging). For bulk wholesale, require palletization with shrink wrap and corner protectors. It is highly recommended to negotiate a 1%-2% breakage allowance or spare units included in the shipment.

Focus on mold ownership and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). If you require a custom shape, clarify who owns the physical mold after the production run. For standard shapes, leverage the volume-based pricing; prices often drop significantly at the 5,000, 10,000, and 50,000 unit tiers. Always request a pre-production sample before releasing the 30% deposit.

Always use Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payments. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) explicitly states the glass weight, neck size (e.g., 18/415), and lead time. Utilize third-party pre-shipment inspections to verify quality before the final 70% balance is paid.

Perfume bottles are heavy and bulky; Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical method. Ensure the supplier provides an accurate HS Code (typically 7010.90) to determine import duties. If you are a new buyer, consider DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to have the supplier handle customs clearance and local delivery to your warehouse.
