Wholesale perfume showcase manufacturers

When sourcing perfume showcases, prioritize Ultra-Clear Tempered Glass (low-iron glass) to ensure maximum product visibility and color accuracy. The frame should ideally be made of 304 Stainless Steel with a PVD electroplated finish for corrosion resistance and a luxury aesthetic. For the base, High-Density Fiberboard (HDF) with a baking paint finish or wood veneer is preferred over standard particle board to ensure structural stability and a premium feel.

Lighting is critical for perfumes. Ensure the showcase uses LED Cold Light Sources to prevent heat buildup, which can degrade fragrance quality. Look for a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90+ to make the bottles pop. The system should support adjustable brightness and be certified with CE, UL, or SAA depending on your target market's electrical standards.

Given the high value of luxury perfumes, showcases must include high-quality mechanical locks or electronic smart locks. The glass should be at least 8mm to 10mm thick and tempered to prevent easy breakage. For high-traffic retail environments, consider integrated alarm system sensors and hidden wiring channels to prevent tampering.

Ensure the manufacturer adheres to ISO 9001 for quality management. For the wooden components and paints, verify E1 or E0 Grade formaldehyde emission standards to ensure indoor air quality. If shipping to the US or EU, confirm that all electrical components are RoHS compliant and meet regional fire safety regulations.

Fragile items require Export-Standard Plywood Crating. Insist that the supplier uses vacuum packaging and thick foam corner protectors inside the crate. It is highly recommended to choose CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms or purchase independent marine cargo insurance to cover potential transit damage.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate based on Volume Tiers (e.g., 5, 10, or 20 units) and request a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure they don't swap high-end stainless steel for cheaper alloys. For large orders, use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Services to protect your payment until the goods pass inspection.

Before production, provide the supplier with your specific Voltage (e.g., 110V or 220V) and Plug Type (e.g., Type A, G, or F). Request a pre-shipment video test showing the lighting system functioning with a multimeter reading to verify the correct voltage output.

Hire a third-party inspection service to check for seamless welding joints, paint uniformity (no bubbles or scratches), and smooth drawer/door operation. The inspector should also verify that the dimensions match your CAD drawings within a tolerance of ±2mm.
