Rechargeable led lamp manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize battery capacity (mAh) and luminous efficacy (lm/W). Ensure the lamp uses Lithium-ion or LiFePO4 batteries with built-in overcharge and over-discharge protection circuits. For light quality, look for a Color Rendering Index (CRI) > 80 and flicker-free drivers to ensure eye safety. Additionally, verify the charging interface, as USB-C is now the international standard for faster and more universal connectivity.

For the US market, FCC and UL/ETL certifications are critical for electrical safety, while the CE-LVD and CE-EMC directives are required for the EU. Since these products contain batteries, a UN38.3 test report and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) are mandatory for air and sea transport. Ensure the product meets RoHS standards to guarantee it is free from hazardous substances like lead and mercury.

Request the LM-80 report for the LED chips, which tracks lumen maintenance over time. A high-quality lamp should offer a lifespan of at least 25,000 to 50,000 hours. For the exterior, check the IP Rating (e.g., IP44 or IP65) if the lamp is intended for outdoor or bathroom use, and ensure the housing is made of UV-resistant ABS or aluminum for better heat dissipation.

Current market demand favors stepless dimming, 3-level color temperature adjustment (Warm/Natural/White), and touch-sensitive controls. Advanced models now include PIR motion sensors, magnetic bases for versatile mounting, and emergency power bank functions that allow the lamp to charge mobile phones via a USB output port.

Lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. Shipping without proper Dangerous Goods (DG) declarations can lead to customs seizures or heavy fines. Always use a freight forwarder experienced in battery logistics and ensure the packaging complies with IATA/IMDG packing instructions to prevent short circuits during transit.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site inspections by third-party agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Check their Trust Points, business license duration, and specifically look for a Gold Member status. Requesting a factory video tour or a sample production run is a highly effective way to mitigate the risk of trading with middlemen.

Negotiate based on tiered pricing; for example, ask for a 5-10% discount when moving from 500 to 2,000 units. Instead of just focusing on the unit price, negotiate for spare parts (1-2% extra drivers or batteries) or customized OEM packaging included in the cost. Ensure the warranty period (ideally 2+ years) is clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI).

Use Secured Trading Services offered by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds. Never release the 70% balance payment until a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) has been conducted by a third party. The inspection should include a function test, battery cycle test, and drop test to ensure the goods match the approved sample.
