Sex dolls factory manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common material due to its soft, skin-like texture and cost-effectiveness, though it is porous and requires regular powdering. Silicone is non-porous, heat-resistant, and more durable, making it easier to sanitize, although it typically commands a higher price point and feels slightly firmer.

Buyers should focus on the internal stainless steel skeleton, which should feature multi-axis joints to allow for realistic posing. Additionally, ensure the doll features EVO skin technology for tear resistance and check if the supplier offers implanted hair (mohair or human hair) rather than cheap wigs for a premium retail positioning.

Products must comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS to ensure the materials are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. For the US market, ensure the materials are California Proposition 65 compliant to avoid legal liabilities regarding chemical exposure.

Request a video stress test of the skeleton and verify the load-bearing capacity of the joints (typically should exceed 30kg of pressure). Ask for X-ray images or technical drawings of the frame to ensure there are no sharp edges that could puncture the material from the inside.

To ensure smooth transit, use the correct HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) and ensure the packaging is discreet and neutral with no suggestive imagery. Always verify the local regulations of the destination country, as some regions have strict 'decency' laws that could lead to customs seizure.

Request reinforced plywood crates or heavy-duty double-corrugated boxes with custom-fit foam inserts. Ensure the doll is shipped in a 'neutral' pose to prevent permanent creasing or joint fatigue during the 30-45 day sea freight duration.

Utilize secured payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Always conduct a factory audit or hire a third-party inspector to verify the production capacity and hygiene standards of the facility.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for customization (such as custom face sculpts or skin tones) rather than just the lowest price. Negotiate for spare parts kits (extra skin repair glue, cleaning kits, and replacement joints) to be included in the bulk price to reduce your future after-sales maintenance costs.
