Wholesale solid silicone sex dolls manufacturers

While TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is cheaper and softer, Solid Silicone is the premium choice for B2B buyers due to its superior durability, heat resistance, and non-porous nature. Silicone does not leak oil over time, is hypoallergenic, and can be cleaned with stronger disinfectants without degrading the material, making it more suitable for long-term retail value.

Buyers must ensure products comply with REACH (EU) or CPSC/Proposition 65 (US) regulations regarding phthalates and heavy metals. Since these are skin-contact products, requesting a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and RoHS certification is essential to ensure the silicone is medical-grade or food-grade and free from toxic catalysts.

High-quality dolls should feature a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum EVO skeleton with multi-axis joints. Ensure the joints support natural range of motion (typically 20-30 points of articulation) and have a locking mechanism to hold positions. This prevents the skeleton from piercing the silicone skin during posing.

Request a cross-section video or density report. True solid silicone dolls should have a consistent density without large air pockets. Verify the Shore A Hardness scale; typically, a durometer rating of 3-10 Shore A is ideal for a realistic flesh-like feel while maintaining structural integrity.

To ensure smooth customs clearance, use neutral descriptions such as 'Soft Silicone Mannequin' or 'Art Model' under the HS Code 9618.00 (Tailors' dummies and other lay figures). Avoid explicit terminology that may trigger 'indecency' clauses in conservative jurisdictions.

Solid silicone dolls are heavy (often 30kg-50kg+). The primary risk is compression deformation during long-transit sea freight. Ensure the supplier uses custom-fit reinforced wooden crates or thick double-walled cartons with molded foam inserts to prevent the silicone from developing permanent flat spots.

Always utilize Secured Trading Services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Use Escrow-based payment terms where funds are only released after the bill of lading is verified. For large orders, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to check for skin blemishes or skeletal defects.

Suppliers often have high MOQs for custom molds but low MOQs (1-5 units) for 'open mold' designs. Negotiate a sample-to-bulk credit, where the cost of the initial sample is deducted from your first order of 10+ units. Focus on customization of 'add-ons' (hair, eye color, makeup) rather than body shape to keep costs low while maintaining variety.
