Sex silicone doll manufacturers

While both are common, Platinum-cured Silicone is the premium choice for B2B sourcing due to its superior durability, heat resistance, and non-porous nature, which prevents bacterial growth. Unlike TPE, high-quality silicone does not leak oil and maintains its structural integrity for years, making it more suitable for high-end retail or rental business models.

Buyers should insist on an EVO or Stainless Steel articulated skeleton with a wide range of motion (typically 24 to 60 points of articulation). Ensure the joints are equipped with locking mechanisms to hold positions and that the metal is shrouded in high-density foam to prevent the skeleton from piercing the silicone skin during use.

To ensure consumer safety and legal importation, products must be Phthalate-free and comply with REACH (EU) or ASTM F963 (US) standards. Since these items have prolonged skin contact, requesting a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and RoHS certification for any internal heating or electronic components is essential.

Focus on hand-painted detailing (vascularity, skin texture) and the quality of the implanted hair vs. wigs. For high-end sourcing, look for suppliers offering 3D scanning technology for facial features and multi-layered skin tones to ensure the product meets the aesthetic demands of luxury markets.

Different countries have varying definitions of 'obscene material.' Always ensure the product design does not depict minors (must have adult proportions) to avoid immediate seizure. Use discreet labeling such as 'Medical Mannequin' or 'Soft Silicone Sculpture' on shipping documents, but ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is accurate to avoid fraud charges.

Request plain, reinforced double-walled corrugated boxes with no branding or product descriptions. For large orders, sea freight with palletization is most cost-effective, but ensure the supplier uses moisture-proof vacuum packaging inside the crate to prevent mold growth during long transit times across different climate zones.

Utilize secured payment services on Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For bulk orders, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a 'During Production Check' (DUPRO) to verify that the silicone quality matches the approved sample before the final balance is paid.

Instead of just pushing for a lower unit price, negotiate for value-added inclusions such as extra sets of clothing, premium storage cases, or extended 2-year warranties on the internal skeleton. Since shipping is expensive due to weight, negotiate for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to have the supplier manage the complexity of import taxes and local delivery.
