Xcmg truck-mounted crane price manufacturers

When assessing the price, you must prioritize the lifting capacity (tonnage) and boom length. XCMG offers both telescopic boom (better for long-distance vertical lifting) and knuckle boom (ideal for confined spaces) configurations. Ensure the hydraulic system uses high-pressure gear pumps or piston pumps for durability. A critical factor in the price is the chassis brand (e.g., Shacman, Howo, or Dongfeng); a premium chassis will increase the total cost but ensure better after-sales engine support and road legality.

For cross-border B2B buyers, compliance is non-negotiable. Ensure the crane meets ISO 9001 quality management and CE certification if exporting to Europe. The equipment should include Load Moment Indicators (LMI) and over-winding prevention devices. Prices may vary based on the inclusion of outrigger span sensors and emergency stop systems, which are mandatory in many strictly regulated markets to ensure operational safety and insurance eligibility.

Beyond the initial purchase price, calculate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). XCMG cranes are known for high resale value in the secondary market. Look for suppliers on Made-in-China.com that offer genuine spare parts packages included in the deal. Choosing a model with hexagonal boom technology reduces self-weight while increasing lifting capacity, which improves fuel efficiency of the truck chassis during transit.

The biggest risks include specification mismatch and shipping damage. Always verify the emission standard (Euro II to Euro VI) of the truck chassis to ensure it can be registered in your local country. Use Third-Party Inspection services (like SGS or Intertek) before the final payment to verify the lifting test reports and ensure the machine is not a refurbished unit disguised as new.

Focus on the Incoterms. While FOB is common, for heavy machinery, CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or CFR might be safer if the supplier has better relationships with heavy-lift vessel carriers. Negotiate for a 12-24 month warranty on core components (pump, valve, motor) and request a free wearing parts kit (seals, filters, hoses) to be included in the container to avoid downtime.

Due to the size, these are usually shipped via Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessels or Flat Rack containers. Ensure the supplier applies anti-corrosion wax coating to the entire vehicle to prevent saltwater damage during sea transit. Confirm that the hydraulic cylinders are fully retracted and locked to prevent chrome pitting during the voyage.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your down payment. For high-value machinery, a Letter of Credit (L/C) is the most secure payment method, ensuring funds are only released upon presentation of valid Bill of Lading and Quality Inspection Certificates.
